Biography
Scott LaRose was an accomplished actor, noted for his comedic timing in his roles for television shows. At the start of his acting career, LaRose appeared in dramatic series like "L.A. Law" (NBC, 1986-1994), "Civil Wars" (ABC, 1991-93) and "Melrose Place" (Fox, 1991-98). During the early stages of his Hollywood career, LaRose mainly held acting roles in films like "Going Overboard" (1989). He continued his comedic performances throughout the nineties, appearing on"The Edge" (Fox, 1992-93), "Dave's World" (CBS, 1993-97) and "Ellen" (1993-98). Recently, he tackled roles on "The Naked Truth" (1995-98), "Lounge Lizards" (Comedy Central, 1995-96) and "Tompkins Square" (Comedy Central, 1996-97). He also acted in films like "The Sixth Man" (1997) with Marlon Wayans and the comedy "Edtv" (1999) with Matthew McConaughey. Most recently, LaRose appeared on "E! Entertainer of the Year 2003" (E! Networks, 2003-04).
