Biography
Jacky Cheung was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Cheung began his acting career appearing in various films, such as "Bullet in the Head" (1990), the Leslie Cheung action picture "A Chinese Ghost Story II" (1990) and the Dean Shek action flick "The Raid" (1991). He also appeared in the Wang Hsu Hsien action film "A Chinese Ghost Story III" (1991), "Shiao Au Jian Hu" (1991) with Samuel Hui and "Once Upon A Time In China" (1992) with Jet Li. He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "The Eagle Shooting Heroes: Dong Cheng Xi Jiu" (1994), "Feiseung Tsingtam" (1994) and "Ashes of Time" (1995). He also appeared in the drama "Days of Being Wild" (1996) with Leslie Cheung. More recently, he continued to act in "Jihang Hu" (2004) with Andy Lau, the Takeshi Kaneshiro musical "Ruguo Ai" (2005) and the drama "As Tears Go By" (2008) with Andy Lau. He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Ashes of Time Redux" (2008) with Leslie Cheung and "72 Tenants of Prosperity" (2010). Cheung most recently acted in "A Complicated Story" (2014).
