Biography
Cheryl Campbell was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Campbell kickstarted her acting career with films like "Hawk The Slayer" (1980) with Jack Palance and John Terry, "Chariots of Fire" (1981) with Ben Cross and Ian Charleson and the Edward Fox film "The Shooting Party" (1984). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "Pennies From Heaven" (1979-1980). She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Absurd Person Singular" (1985-86), "The Infernal Serpent" (PBS, 1990-91) and "The Case-book of Sherlock Holmes: The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax" (PBS, 1991-92). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "Monsignor Renard" (PBS, 1999-2000). Most recently, Campbell acted on "Doctor Foster" (BBC 1, 2015-).
