Biography
Actor Roger Callard appeared in many heart-racing action films over the course of his Hollywood career. Callard started his acting career landing roles in such films as the Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary "Pumping Iron" (1977), the Arnold Schwarzenegger action movie "Red Heat" (1988) and the Arnold Schwarzenegger smash hit comedy "Twins" (1988). He also appeared in the Weird Al Yankovic comedy "UHF" (1989). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Nails" (Showtime, 1991-92). Following that project, Callard worked on the television programs "Parker Lewis" (Fox, 1990-92) and "Walker, Texas Ranger" (CBS, 1992-2001). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "Life on the Edge" (1992) with Jeff Perry. He also appeared in "Geronimo: An American Legend" (1993). He also was featured in the TV movies "Dollar For the Dead" (1998-99), "Absence of the Good" (HBO, 1999-2000) and "Luck of the Draw" (Cinemax, 2000-01). Callard most recently acted in the biographical drama "Foxcatcher" (2014) with Steve Carell.
