Williams worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "In the Heat of the Night" (CBS, 1987-1994). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Jump In!" (Disney, 2006-07). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "The Gathering" (2007-08). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Rookie Blue" (ABC, 2009-2015). Williams most recently appeared in "The Night Before the Night Before Christmas" (Hallmark Channel, 2010-11).
