Biography
Dick Ward's acting talents were showcased on the big screen many times throughout the course of his Hollywood career. Ward worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Cops and Robbers" (1973) starring Cliff Gorman, "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" (PBS, 1984-85) and "Zora Is My Name!" (PBS, 1989-1990). Later, Ward acted in the John Goodman comedy adventure "The Borrowers" (1998), "Princess of Thieves" (ABC, 2000-01) and "Whatever Happened to Harold Smith?" (2001) with Tom Courtenay. He also appeared in "Thunderpants" (2002) with Bruce Cook and the Colin Firth smash hit dramatic biopic "The King's Speech" (2010). More recently, Ward acted in the Hugh Jackman blockbuster dramatic adaptation "Les Misérables" (2012).
