Biography
Geraldine Wall was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Wall started her acting career landing roles in such films as "Black Magic" (1944) with Sidney Toler, "In the Meantime, Darling" (1944) and "Winged Victory" (1944). She also appeared in the crime feature "The Madonna's Secret" (1946) with Francis Lederer, "Born to Speed" (1947) and the drama "High Barbaree" (1947) with Van Johnson. Her film career continued throughout the forties and the fifties in productions like the Ray Milland fantasy "Alias Nick Beal" (1949), "The Green Promise" (1949) and "Everybody Does It" (1949) with Paul Douglas. She also appeared in the Burt Lancaster comedy "Mister 880" (1950). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in "Mardi Gras" (1958), the crime picture "Party Girl" (1958) with Robert Taylor and "Some Came Running" (1958). She also appeared in the Rock Hudson dramatic adaptation "This Earth Is Mine" (1959) and the drama "Heller in Pink Tights" (1960) with Sophia Loren. Wall more recently acted in the Don Murray dramatic adaptation "One Man's Way" (1964). Wall passed away in June 1970 at the age of 58.
