VreNon's career beginnings included film roles in the Rick Gianasi sci-fi motion picture "Mutant Hunt" (1986) and "The Big Blue" (1987). Later, she acted in "Follow Your Heart" (1989-1990), the action movie "War Birds" (1989) with Jim Eldert and "Beverly Hills 90210" (Fox, 1990-2000). She also appeared in "Homefront" (ABC, 1991-93) and the Ellen Barkin comedy "Switch" (1991). Later in her career, VreNon worked on the action flick "The Spy Within" (1995) with Scott Glenn.
