Vattier began to focus on film after appearing in the crime drama "Obsession" (1954) with Michèle Morgan, "The Love Game" (1960) and "Far From Dallas" (1972) with Daniel Gelin. Vattier was most recently credited in "Fanny" (1991). Vattier passed away in December 1982 at the age of 76.
