Ron Ulstad was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on, Ulstad landed roles on various television sitcoms, including "Cheers" (NBC, 1982-1993). He had a part on the television special "The Loner" (ABC, 1987-88). During the early stages of his Hollywood career, Ulstad mainly held acting roles in films like the Sally Field dramatic comedy "Punchline" (1988). In the eighties and the nineties, Ulstad devoted his time to various credits, such as "Unclaimed Fortunes" (ABC, 1988-89), "Shattered Dreams" (CBS, 1989-1990) and "Lies Before Kisses" (CBS, 1990-91). He also worked on "Seduction: Three Tales From the Inner Sanctum" (ABC, 1991-92). Ulstad focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the romance "Jade" (1995) with David Caruso and the Mike Myers box office smash comedy sequel "Austin Powers: the Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999). He also was featured in the TV movie "Jack Reed: A Search For Justice" (NBC, 1994-95). Ulstad most recently acted in the Tom Cruise blockbuster sci-fi picture "Minority Report" (2002).
