Biography
John Turnbull worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Turnbull's earliest roles were in film, including the adventure "The Scarlet Pimpernel" (1935) with Leslie Howard, "His Lordship" (1936) starring George Arliss and the dramatic adventure "For the Term of His Natural Life" (1985) with Colin Friels. Turnbull was also credited in "The 3rd Annual International Rock Awards" (ABC, 1990-91), "A Concert For Life" (Fox, 1991-92) and "Return to the Blue Lagoon" with Milla Jovovich (1991). Turnbull was most recently credited in "Andrea Bocelli: Sacred Arias" (PBS, 1999-2000). Turnbull passed away in February 1956 at the age of 76.
