Actor Richard Tanner was known for his roles on the silver screen. Tanner worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Aussie Assault" with Garry Holt (1983), "Death of a Soldier" (1986) and "Little Women" (NBC, 1976-77). He also contributed to "Nails" (Showtime, 1991-92), the Anjelica Huston and Raul Julia hit "The Addams Family" (1991) and "Voyage of Bounty's Child" (1983) starring Leo McKern. He kept working in film throughout the nineties, starring in "To the Ends of Time" (1996) with Christine Taylor, the Steven Seagal action movie "The Glimmer Man" (1996) and the Joshua Beckett comedy "Always Say Goodbye" (1998). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher" (WB, 1995-98). He shifted from film to television work through the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Enterprise" (2001-05), "Tosh.0" (Comedy Central, 2008-) and "Pretty Little Liars" (ABC Family, 2009-). He also appeared in "Shameless" (Showtime, 2010-). Tanner most recently appeared in "Hand of God" (2015-).
