Biography
Bruce Smolanoff has built an incredible presence on the big screen throughout his acting career. Smolanoff began his acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Dennis Drake comedy "Preppies" (1984), the Robert Ginty action flick "Exterminator 2" (1984) and the Lucinda Dickey musical "Breakin' 2 Electric Boogaloo" (1985). He also appeared in the action picture "Rooftops" (1989) with Jason Gedrick and the Stephen Lang dramatic adaptation "Last Exit to Brooklyn" (1990). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Children of Times Square" (ABC, 1985-86). His film career continued throughout the nineties in productions like "Mortal Thoughts" (1991) and "Sweet Nothing" (1996). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "New York Undercover" (Fox, 1994-98). Recently, he continued to act in the comedy "Kiss Me Guido" (1997) with Nick Scotti. Most recently, Smolanoff acted in "Soft in the Head" (2014) with Sheila EtxeberrÃa.
