Margaret Smith was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "George Schlatter's Comedy Club" (1987-88). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "The Eleventh Annual Young Comedians Show" (1987-88), "The Comedy Club Special" (ABC, 1988-89) and "Suzanne Somers Presents: Showtime's Triple Crown of Comedy" (Showtime, 1988-89). Her career progressed to film, including a role in the Robert De Niro crime picture "Goodfellas" (1990). She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "The Labor Day Show" (PBS, 1991-92). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The A-List" (Comedy Central, 1991-94). Smith had a number of different projects under her belt in the nineties and the early 2000s, including "The Stephanie Miller Show" "Larger Than Life" (1996) starring Bill Murray and "For Richer Or Poorer" with Tim Allen (1997). Her credits also expanded to "Make Me Laugh" (Comedy Central, 1997-98) and "Rugrats in Paris - The Movie" (2000) starring Kath Soucie. Smith most recently appeared on "Good Work" (E! Networks, 2014-15).
