Actor Doug Simpson was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. Simpson's acting career began with roles in action films like "The Last Boy Scout" (1991) with Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans and "The Guyver" (1992). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-). He worked on "Castle" (2008-), "Better With You" (ABC, 2010-11) and "Man Up!" (ABC, 2011-12). in the early 2000s and the 2010sSimpson focused on television in more recent years, appearing on "Castle" (2008-16), "Better With You" (ABC, 2010-11) and "Man Up!" (ABC, 2011-12). More recently, he tackled roles on "Scandal" (2011-), "Vegas" (CBS, 2012-13) and "Aquarius" (NBC, 2014-16). Most recently, Simpson acted on "Wicked City" (ABC, 2015-).
