Johnny Sanchez was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Sanchez began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as the Shelley Long comedy "Outrageous Fortune" (1987), the Michael J. Fox action film "The Hard Way" (1991) and the Zoe Nathenson sports drama "True Brit" (1994). He also was featured in the miniseries "Telling Secrets" (1992-93). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Cybill" (CBS, 1995-98). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in the Goldie Hawn hit comedic adaptation "The First Wives Club" (1996), "Bowfinger" (1999) and "The Limey" (1999) with Terence Stamp. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Action" (Fox, 1999). Recently, he tackled roles in the drama "Downtown: A Street Tale" (2007) with Joey Dedio and the Shia LaBeouf hit action picture "Transformers" (2007). Sanchez most recently acted in "Side Effects" (2013).
