Biography
Ljubisa Samardzic was who had a successful Hollywood career. In Samardzic's early acting career, Samardzic appeared in such films as "Morning" (1967), the war "The Battle of Neretva" (1971) with Sergei Bondarchuk and "Bosko Buha" (1979). Samardzic also appeared in "Kraljevski Voz" (1982), "Smrt Gospodina Goluze" (1983) and "Dvije Polovine Srca" (1983). Samardzic kept working in film throughout the eighties, starring in "Anticasanova" (1986), "Dobrovoljci" (1986) and "Nije Lakos S Muskarcima" (1986). Samardzic also appeared in "Orkestar Jedne Mladosti" (1986). Toward the end of Samardzic's career, Samardzic continued to act in "Kuca Pored Pruge" (1988), "Iskusavanje Djavola" (1991) with Alain Nouri and "Vetar Tamo Negde" (1991). Samardzic also appeared in "Kazi Zasto Me Ostavi" (1992) and "Jugofilm" (1997) with Merab Ninidze. Samardzic most recently directed the Kalina Kovacevic foreign "Konji Vrani" (2007).
