Rosi started off her career in film with roles in the drama "Chronicle of a Death Foretold" (1988) with Rupert Everett, "Ti Presento un'Amica" (1988) with Giuliano DeSio and "Il Colore dell'odio" (1989). She then acted in the thriller "Netchaiev est de Retour" (1991) with Yves Montand, the drama "The Palermo Connection" (1991) with James Belushi and "Au Nom du Pere et du Fils" (1992). She also appeared in "Abraham" (1993-94). More recently, Rosi worked on the dramatic adaptation "The Truce" (1998) with John Turturro.
