Biography
Gregg Binkley's acting received many laughs in the various comedies he played in throughout his Hollywood career. Early on, Binkley landed roles on various dramatic series, including "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996), "Quantum Leap" (NBC, 1988-1993) and "Civil Wars" (ABC, 1991-93). He also appeared in the TV movie "Revenge of the Nerds III: The Next Generation" (Fox, 1991-92). Binkley began his entertainment career acting in films like the Anthony Edwards comedy "How I Got Into College" (1989). In the nineties and the early 2000s, he worked on the silver screen, taking roles in the comedy "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" (1995) with Leslie Nielsen, the action flick "Galaxy Quest" (1999) with Tim Allen and "Family Tree" (2000) with Robert Forster. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). Binkley also appeared in "Changeling" (2008), "State of Play" (2009) and the Zachary Levi box office smash comedy sequel "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" (2009). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Out of Jimmy's Head" (Cartoon Network, 2007-08). Binkley most recently acted on "Kirby Buckets" (Disney XD, 2014-).
