Biography
Andrew Rhodes was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. In the early stages of his acting career, Rhodes was featured in films like the Eric Peterson film "The King of Friday Night" (1985). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Hero in the Family" (ABC, 1986-87) and "Stranger in My Bed" (NBC, 1986-87). He kept working in film throughout the eighties, starring in "Over the Top" (1987) with Sylvester Stallone, "Shoot to Kill" (1988) with Sidney Poitier and the horror sequel "The Fly II" (1989) with Eric Stoltz. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Sky High" (NBC, 1989-1990). Rhodes continued to exercise his talent in the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "Narrow Margin" (1990) starring Gene Hackman, "Bank Robber" with Patrick Dempsey (1993) and "3 Ninjas Kick Back" (1994) starring Victor Wong. His credits also expanded to "The War Between Us" with Shannon Lawson (1995). Rhodes more recently worked on "Barb Wire" (1996) with Pamela Anderson.
