Biography
Phil Proctor worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. In his early acting career, Proctor appeared in such films as "A Safe Place" (1971), "Tunnelvision" (1976) and "Cracking Up" (1978). He also appeared in "J-Men Forever" (1979) and the Eli Wallach biographical drama "Sam's Son" (1984). Proctor also provided his talents as a voice actor for the drama "Human Experiments" (1980) with Linda Haynes. In the nineties, Proctor devoted his time to various credits, such as "Cabin Boy" (1994) starring Chris Elliott, the Jonathan Taylor Thomas and Matthew Broderick blockbuster "The Lion King" (1994) and the Tom Hanks and Tim Allen blockbuster "Toy Story" (1995). He also worked on "Bio-Dome" (1996) starring Pauly Shore. Most recently, Proctor worked on the Amy Poehler hit animated movie "Inside Out" (2015).
