Biography
Cecilia Peck was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Peck started her acting career landing roles in films, such as "Wall Street" (1987), the comedy "My Best Friend Is a Vampire" (1988) with Robert Sean Leonard and "Torn Apart" (1990). She had a part on the television special "Adams Apple" (CBS, 1985-86). She also was featured in the miniseries "Dress Gray" (1985-86). Peck worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Hollywood Detective" (1990-91). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the drama "Ambition" (1991) with Lou Diamond Phillips and "Tous Mes Maris" (1992). She followed this recognition with roles in the Eric Stoltz crime flick "Killing Zoe" (1994) and the sci-fi motion picture "Blue Flame" (1995) with Brian Wimmer. Peck most recently appeared on the documentary "Brave Miss World" (2013) with Linor Abargil. Peck was nominated for an Exceptional Merit In Documentary Filmmaking Primetime Emmy Award for "Brave Miss World" in 2014.
