In the beginning of Patno's acting career, Patno starred in comedies like "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" (1985). Patno additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Copacabana" (CBS, 1985-86) and "Blood Ties" (Fox, 1990-91). Patno kept working in film throughout the nineties, starring in "Death Becomes Her" (1992) and "Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit" (1993). Patno's work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Jackie's Back!" (Lifetime, 1998-99). Patno also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Home Improvement" (ABC, 1991-99). Patno continued to exercise Patno's talent in the nineties and the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "Quest for Camelot" (1998), "The Parent Trap" (1998) starring Lindsay Lohan and "The Singing Detective" (2003) starring Robert Downey Jr.. Patno's credits also expanded to "Mrs. Harris" (HBO, 2005-06). Most recently, Patno acted on "Journeyman" (NBC, 2007-08).
