Biography
Ronan O'Casey was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. O'Casey's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "The Mudlark" (1951), the comedy "Happy Ever After" (1954) with David Niven and the Norman Wisdom comedy "Trouble in Store" (1955). He also appeared in "1984" (1956). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the Kieron Moore sci-fi feature "Satellite in the Sky" (1956), "Bitter Victory" (1958) with Curt Jurgens and "The Double Exposure of Holly" (1976). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Santa Barbara" (NBC, 1983-1993). During the latter part of his career, he continued to act in the action film "The Protector" (1985) with Jackie Chan. He also was featured in the TV movie "Beverly Hills Madam" (NBC, 1985-86). O'Casey more recently acted in "The Beverly Hillbillies" (1993) featuring Diedrich Bader.
