Chris Noel was an actor who founded his entertainment career success with roles in film. Noel began his acting career appearing in various films, such as the dramatic adaptation "Soldier in the Rain" (1963) with Jackie Gleason, the Mary Ann Mobley musical "Get Yourself a College Girl" (1964) and the Robert Goulet musical comedy "Honeymoon Hotel" (1964). He also appeared in "Beach Ball" (1965) and the musical "Girl Happy" (1965) with Elvis Presley. He kept working in film throughout the sixties and the seventies, starring in "Joy in the Morning" (1965), the action film "The Glory Stompers" (1967) with Dennis Hopper and the dramedy "For Singles Only" (1968) with John Saxon. He also appeared in "The Tormentors" (1971). He also was featured in the TV movies "Sin of Innocence" (CBS, 1985-86) and "Blues For Buder" (ABC, 1988-89). Most recently, Noel appeared on "Vietnam: The Soldier's Story -- Women at War" (TLC, 1999-2000).
