A prolific actor, Geoffrey Nauffts made a name for himself in dramatic film. Nauffts began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as "The Pick-Up Artist" (1987), the period drama "Mississippi Burning" (1988) with Gene Hackman and the fantastical drama "Field of Dreams" (1989) with Kevin Costner. He also appeared in the comedy "Love or Money" (1990) with Kevin McCarthy and the Tom Cruise box office smash dramatic adaptation "A Few Good Men" (1992). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Murphy Brown" (CBS, 1988-1998). He kept working in film throughout the nineties, starring in "Infinity" (1996) with Matthew Broderick and "The Citizen" (1999) with Najwa Nimri. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Rockford Files: I Still Love L.A." (CBS, 1994-95). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). In his more recent career, he continued to act in the dramatic adaptation "Advice From A Caterpillar" (2001) with Cynthia Nixon, "Unfaithful" (2002) and the Chiwetel Ejiofor romantic comedy "Melinda and Melinda" (2005). He also appeared in the drama "Flannel Pajamas" (2006) with Justin Kirk. Most recently, Nauffts edited "Nashville" (ABC, 2012-).
