Actress Saemi Nakamura was widely known for her presence on the silver screen. In the early stages of her Hollywood career, Nakamura acted in comedies like "Jury Duty" (1995) with Pauly Shore and "High School High" (1996) with Jon Lovitz and Tia Carrere. She also appeared in the TV movie "The Dangerous" (HBO, 1994-95). Nakamura worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993-97). She continued to act in productions like "The Insider" (1999) with Al Pacino and "Snow Falling on Cedars" (1999). Nakamura continued to exercise her talent in the early 2000s and the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "Nip/Tuck" (FX, 2003-2010), "War" (2007) starring Jet Li and "The Beaver" (2011) starring Mel Gibson. Her credits also expanded to "47 Ronin 3D" with Keanu Reeves (2013). Most recently, Nakamura worked on the Hugh Jackman smash hit action picture "The Wolverine" (2013).
