Starting out in the 1980s, Scott Menville developed into one of the most accomplished voice-over artists in the business, with credits on hundreds of feature films and TV shows. Menville played youthful caveman Fred Flintstone on "The Flintstone Kids" (1986-1990), and on "A Pup Named Scooby Doo" (1988-1991), he voiced Red Herring, the innocent party who always got blamed for the episode's crime. On the Nickelodeon hit "Rugrats" (1991-2004), he played hapless slacker Larry, and he worked on "Captain Planet and the Planeteers" (1990-1996), voicing environmental superhero Ma-Ti, whose element for fighting the forces of pollution was known as "Heart." One of the actor's most prominent voice-over roles was in "Teen Titans" (2003-2006), providing the voice to the Boy Wonder himself, Robin. Menville also has had experience as a flesh-and-bone actor, appearing in episodes of "The Wonder Years" as Wart, best friend of Kevin Arnold's brother Wayne.
