Biography
Linda McCartney's music brought incredible depth and emotion to the landscape of many big screen productions. McCartney worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "Get Back" (1991). In the nineties and the early 2000s, McCartney devoted her time to various credits, such as "GRATEFUL DEAD - A Photofilm" with The Grateful Dead (1996), "Grosse Pointe Blank" (1997) starring John Cusack, "The In-Laws" (2003) and the Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore smash hit "50 First Dates" (2004). In the early 2000s and the 2010s, McCartney lent her talents to projects like "The Lovely Bones" with Rachel Weisz (2009), "Greenberg" (2010) starring Ben Stiller, "Glee The 3D Concert Movie" (2011), "Hall Pass" with Owen Wilson (2011) and the Kyle Chandler and Elle Fanning box office smash "Super 8" (2011). McCartney last provided music for the Reese Witherspoon dramatic adaptation "Wild" (2014). McCartney's husband was Sir Paul McCartney.
