Biography
Earl Maynard, known for his action packed roles, was an accomplished actor who built up a solid reputation throughout his film career. Maynard found his beginnings in film with roles in the James Mason action film "Mandingo" (1975) and the action movie "The Deep" (1977) with Robert Shaw. He went on to act in "The Silent Flute" (1979) with David Carradine, "Heaven on Earth" (NBC, 1980-81) and "The Big Brawl" (1980) with Jackie Chan. He also appeared in the Don Adams comedy "The Nude Bomb" (1980). Later in his career, Maynard acted in the Lee Horsley action flick "The Sword and the Sorcerer" (1982).
