Noonan worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010), "Mortal Kombat" with Robin Shou (1995) and "Texan" (Showtime, 1994-95). He also contributed to "The Crucible" with Daniel Day-Lewis (1996). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Noonan devoted his time to various credits, such as "Gattaca" with Ethan Hawke (1997), "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and the Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway smash hit "The Princess Diaries" (2001). He shifted from film to television work through the early 2000s, appearing on "Hope & Faith" (2003-06), "30 Rock" (NBC, 2006-2013) and "Life on Mars" (ABC, 2008-09). Noonan most recently acted on "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-).
