Mark Meismer was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Meismer started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the Elijah Wood comedic adventure "North" (1994) and the Mike Myers blockbuster comedy sequel "Austin Powers: the Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999). He also appeared in the TV special "Reba McEntire Live By Request" (1999-2000). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Looking For Lola" (Showtime, 1999-2000). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Nikki" (Warner Bros. Television Network, 2000-02). As his entertainment career progressed, he appeared in the dramatic adaptation "A Time for Dancing" (2002) with Shiri Appleby. Meismer took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the Mike Myers hit comedy sequel "Austin Powers in Goldmember" (2002) and the action picture "Gigli" (2003) with Ben Affleck. Most recently, Meismer acted in the Ben Stiller action film "Starsky & Hutch" (2004).
