Biography
Actor Marc Menchaca was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. He began his acting career with roles in the series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1999-), "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001-2011) and "CSI: New York" (CBS, 2004-2013). He also appeared in the TV movie "Beyond the Prairie II: The True Story of Laura Ingalls Wilder Continues" (CBS, 2001-02). He also was featured in the miniseries "Generation Kill" (2008). During the early stages of his acting career, Menchaca worked in films like the action movie "The Alamo" (2004) with Dennis Quaid. Several more television roles followed in the 2010s, including stints on "Blue Bloods" (2010-), "Homeland" (Showtime, 2011-) and "Inside Amy Schumer" (Comedy Central, 2013-). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in the D.J. Qualls comedy "Last Day of Summer" (2010). Menchaca took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in "She's Lost Control" (2015), "Ace the Case: Manhattan Mystery" (2016) and "Reparation" (2016). He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "The Blacklist" (NBC, 2013-) and "Chicago PD" (NBC, 2014-). Most recently, Menchaca acted on "The Son" (SundanceTV, 2017-).
