Biography
Steve Bean was an accomplished actor, noted for his comedic timing in his roles for television shows. Bean kickstarted his acting career with roles in various television comedies, such as "Cheers" (NBC, 1982-1993) and "Married... With Children" (Fox, 1987-1997). He also landed a few movie roles at the time, appearing in the Adrian Pasdar drama "Vital Signs" (1990) and the black comedy "Shakes the Clown" (1992) with Bobcat Goldthwait. He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties, appearing on "Dave's World" (CBS, 1993-97) and "Burke's Law" (CBS, 1994-95). Following that project, he worked on "Mouse Hunt" (1997) with Nathan Lane and "Blast From the Past" (1999) with Brendan Fraser. More recently, he tackled roles on "Rodney" (2004-06), "Shameless" (Showtime, 2011-) and "Ray Donovan" (Showtime, 2013-). He also appeared in the comedic adaptation "The Out-Of-Towners" (1999) with Steve Martin. Bean most recently acted on "Togetherness" (HBO, 2015-16).
