Kate McGarrigle worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. McGarrigle worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "Caffe Lena" (PBS, 1990-91), "Home at Last" (PBS, 1987-88) and "Saturday Night Live" (NBC, 1975-). She also contributed to "Tommy Tricker and the Stamp Traveller" (1988) starring Lucas Evans. In the nineties, McGarrigle devoted her time to various credits, such as "Blackfly" with Bill Pettigrew (1991), "Child of Mine: Songs For Our Children" (Disney, 1992-93) and "Deux Actrices" with Pascale Bussières (1993). In more recent years, McGarrigle had roles in "Leonard Cohen I'm Your Man" (2006) with Leonard Cohen and "A Not So Silent Night" (2009). McGarrigle also contributed music to the Michael Stevens adventure sequel "The Return of Tommy Tricker" (1994). McGarrigle last worked on the Madeline Ivalu dramatic adaptation "Before Tomorrow" (2009). McGarrigle passed away in January 2010 at the age of 64.
