Throughout his entertainment career as an accomplished actor, Ian MacLaren graced the silver screen many times. MacLaren's career beginnings included film roles in "Journey's End" (1930), "Body and Soul" (1931) and the Claudette Colbert historical romance "Cleopatra" (1934). He went on to act in "Les Miserables" (1935), the Sidney Blackmer mystery adaptation "The House of Secrets"...

MacLaren's career beginnings included film roles in "Journey's End" (1930), "Body and Soul" (1931) and the Claudette Colbert historical romance "Cleopatra" (1934). He went on to act in "Les Miserables" (1935), the Sidney Blackmer mystery adaptation "The House of Secrets" (1936) and the Ronald Colman adventure "The Prisoner of Zenda" (1937). He also appeared in the comedy adventure "Little Orphan Annie" (1938) with Ann Gillis and "The Hound of the Baskervilles" (1939). More recently, MacLaren produced "Tibor Rudas Presents Carreras, Domingo, Pavarotti With Levine -- The Three Tenors Live in Concert -- Paris 1998" (PBS, 1997-98).
