Biography
Gordon MacDonald was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. MacDonald started his acting career landing roles in films, such as "Brain Damage" (1988) and "Senior Week" (1988) with Michael St Gerard. MacDonald worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). In the nineties, MacDonald devoted his time to various credits, such as "Looking for Richard" (1996), "Stargate SG-1" and "A Murder on Shadow Mountain" (CBS, 1998-99). He also worked on "Race Against Fear: A Moment of Truth Movie" (NBC, 1998-99). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-) and "Saving Grace" (TNT, 2006-09). MacDonald focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Sean Penn action picture "The Thin Red Line" (1998) and "Perfect Stranger" (2007). MacDonald most recently acted in the crime drama "The Brave One" (2007) with Jodie Foster.
