Annet Malherbe was an actress who graced the silver screen many times throughout her Hollywood career. Malherbe's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the comedy "Abel" (1991) with Alex Van Warmerdam, the drama "De Vuurtoren" (1994) with Hans Heerschop and the adventure "Abeltje" (1998) with Ricky van Gastel. She also appeared in "Little Tony" (1998). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing in "Grimm" (2005) with Halina Reijn and "Sextet" (2007) with Tygo Gernandt. More recently, she tackled roles in "The Last Days of Emma Blank" (2009) with Marwan Kenzari, "Alleen Maar Nette Mensen" (2012) and "Fuchsia the Mini-Witch" (2013). Most recently, Malherbe acted in the Tom Dewispelaere thriller "Schneider vs. Bax" (2015). Malherbe was married to Alex Van Warmerdam.
