Biography
Ted Lyde was a talented actor who starred in a number of television shows. At the start of his acting career, Lyde appeared on television comedies like "Frasier" (NBC, 1993-2004) and "Martial Law" (CBS, 1998-2000). Lyde began his entertainment career acting in films like the action flick "The Windy City" (1996) with Anthony Griffith. Several more television roles followed in the early 2000s, including stints on "Boston Public" (2000-04), "The District" (CBS, 2000-04) and "It's All Relative" (ABC, 2003-04). He also appeared in "Boston Legal" (2004-09) and "Center of the Universe" (CBS, 2004-05). Recently, he tackled roles on "Bones" (2005-), "Everybody Hates Chris" (2005-09) and "Ugly Betty" (ABC, 2006-2010). He also appeared in "10 Things I Hate About You" (Freeform, 2008-09). Most recently, Lyde appeared in "Healing Hands" (Hallmark Channel, 2009-2010).
