Geddy Lee brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Geddy Lee began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the Denis Leary action picture "Small Soldiers" (1998), the Adam Sandler blockbuster comedic sports movie "The Waterboy" (1998) and the dramatic biopic "Sonny" (2002) with James Franco. Though known first for his music, Geddy Lee also acted in "How I Met Your Mother" (CBS, 2005-2014) and the Cliff Broadway documentary "Ringers: Lord of the Fans" (2005). In the early 2000s, Geddy Lee's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the horror sequel "Halloween" (2007) with Daeg Faerch, "Adventureland" (2009) with Jesse Eisenberg and "Fanboys" (2009) with Sam Huntington. Geddy Lee's music was most recently featured in "The Lords of Salem" (2013). Geddy Lee continued to exercise his talent in the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "RUSH: Beyond the Lighted Stage" (2010), "Metal Evolution" (VH1, 2011-12) and "Sucker Punch" (2011). His credits also expanded to "That's My Boy" (2012) starring Adam Sandler.
