Kalidas marked her early career with roles in the Laura Fraser comedy adaptation "Virtual Sexuality" (1999), "My Family" (2000-07) and the Parminder Nagra sports comedy "Bend It Like Beckham" (2003). She then acted in "Bodies" (2003-05), "Bollywood Queen" (2003) and "Mistresses (BBCA)" (BBC, 2007-2012). She also appeared in "Britz" (2008-09). More recently, Kalidas acted in the Kevin Eldon comedy "Four Lions" (2010).
