Biography
Peter Kwong has built an incredible presence on the big screen throughout his acting career. Kwong started his acting career landing roles in such films as the Dustin Hoffman crime drama "Straight Time" (1978), "Slapstick of Another Kind" (1984) starring Jerry Lewis and the action flick "Never Too Young to Die" (1986) with John Stamos. He also appeared in "Big Trouble in Little China" (1986) with Kurt Russell, the Eddie Murphy action picture "The Golden Child" (1986) and the Martin Kove action film "Steele Justice" (1987). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in the action movie "The Presidio" (1988) with Sean Connery, "Gleaming the Cube" (1989) with Christian Slater and the action film "Frame-Up II: The Cover-Up" (1992) with John Saxon. In his more recent career, he tackled roles in the action movie "Running Red" (2000) with Jeff Speakman and "Aussie & Ted" (2009) with Beverly D'Angelo. He also was featured in the TV movie "Border Line" (NBC, 1998-99). Most recently, Kwong acted in the Elijah Wood horror film "Cooties" (2015).
