Biography
As a well-versed Russian entertainer, Vladimir Horowitz had a diverse career in the entertainment business. Horowitz worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Vladimir Horowitz Concert" (CBS, 1985-86) and "Vladimir Horowitz, The Last Romantic" (1985). Later, Horowitz tackled roles in "Horowitz Plays Mozart" (1988-89), "Carnegie Hall at 100: A Place of Dreams" (1990-91) and "Horowitz in Moscow" (1991-92). Toward the end of his career, Horowitz appeared in "Vladimir Horowitz: A Reminiscence" (1993-94). Vladimir Horowitz passed away in November 1989 at the age of 85.
