Melinda Haynes was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Haynes began her acting career with roles in dramas like "Touched By an Angel" (CBS, 1994-2003) and "Promised Land" (CBS, 1996-99). She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "The Substitute 3: Winner Takes All" (HBO, 1998-99) and "A Kid Called Danger" (HBO, 1999-2000). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Haynes devoted her time to various credits, such as "Absence of the Good" (HBO, 1999-2000), "Bats" (1999) and "Hounded" (Disney, 2000-01).
