Biography
Ken Kensei's acting captivated many audiences in the action-packed movies he appeared in throughout his Hollywood career. Kensei began his acting career with roles in such films as "Black Rain" (1989), the Bernadette Peters dramatic comedy "Slaves of New York" (1989) and the Robin Williams comedy adventure "Cadillac Man" (1990). He continued to act in productions like the action flick "Wind" (1992) with Matthew Modine, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III" (1993) with Elias Koteas and the Elizabeth Peña comedy "Dead Funny" (1995). He also appeared in the action movie "The Hunted" (1995) with Christopher Lambert. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "30 Rock" (NBC, 2006-2013). He also was featured in the TV movie "Bloodmoon" (HBO, 1996-97). Kensei most recently acted in "Letters From Iwo Jima" (2006) with Ken Watanabe.
