Keller started off his career in film with roles in "Convoy" (1978), the action movie "The Frisco Kid" (1979) with Gene Wilder and "Heaven's Gate" (1980). Later, Keller acted in the Jon Voight comedy "Lookin' to Get Out" (1982), the Clint Eastwood action film "Pale Rider" (1985) and the Emilio Estevez action picture "Young Guns" (1988). He also appeared in "Deadwood" (HBO, 2003-06). More recently, Keller worked on "Growing Pains: Return of the Seavers" (ABC, 2004-05).
