Synopsis

Government agent Jack Dawson is commissioned by the governor of Arizona to find his kidnapped son, who had earlier been sent to bring law and order to Tuba City. Jack goes to Tuba City with his trusted sidekick Grizzley, and they come to the aid of Jane Manning by helping her ship her cattle. This earns the enmity of cattle rustler Ace Carter, who has been trying to prevent Jane from marketing her herd. Carter tries to kill Jack, but he is unsuccessful, and because of Grizzley's intervention, Carter's henchmen are also unable to prevent Jane from getting the proceeds from her cattle sale. At Jack's request, the governor provides him with extra assistance by sending him four convicts from the state penitentiary who owe Jack their lives. One of the convicts informs on Jack to Carter, however, and a fight ensues between Carter's henchmen and Jack and his men. Carter's men are variously killed and driven out of town, and Jack brings Carter to justice. The governor's son is rescued, and the three loyal convicts who helped Jack are rewarded with their freedom. Jack, having brought peace to the area, leaves with Jane and Grizzley.
