Synopsis

Florence Vinton, secret service operative 99, is sent to get evidence against gang leader Larry Marsh. Larry's rival, Eddie Swan, plots to double-cross Larry. One of his first acts is to have his henchman, Blackie, kill Joey Regan, whom Larry is sending through school in hopes of a better life. "Big" Tony Catello, a Chicago gangster, tries to move in on Larry's and Eddie's territory. Meanwhile, Larry is taking his revenge on Eddie for Joey's murder and kills Blackie. Tony meets Florence at Larry's nightclub and falls in love with her. She is in love with Larry and tries to convince him to go straight. At the same time, she is setting a trap for Tony. Her plans fail when Larry and Tony shoot it out and both die.
