Synopsis
Thirty sequential film portraits of contemporary artists, filmmakers, and writers, each about 3 minutes in length. Each segment opens with a personal-name title and closes with a period of darkness. The camera focuses almost exclusively on the heads and faces of its subjects, occasionally picking up hand or leg movements. Some sequences employ single-frame technique.
