Synopsis

Dick Tavish, a New Yorker who has bought a Western ranch, daydreams about the girl whose face appears on his calendar. When he and his neighbors suspect that millionaire Horace Hammer, who claims ownership of their land, has defrauded them, Dick visits Hammer at a fashionable resort where the calendar girl, Irene Stuart, vacations with her aunt, Mrs. Pomeroy Pomfret. After Hammer ignores Dick's threats, Dick attempts to steal Hammer's papers. Interrupted, Dick leaves by the fire escape and enters Mrs. Pomfret's room, where she secretly dons a wig. To elude capture, Dick wears the wig and Mrs. Pomfret's cloak, and threatens to expose her secret unless she introduces him as Princess Martini. As the princess, Dick captivates the male guests, including Hammer. After a maid leaves a baby at Irene's door to blackmail her, the princess cares for it. When Dick's identity is revealed, the maid calls him the father and he is ordered from the hotel. Meanwhile, Hammer's bribed valet gives Dick incriminating papers, and Hammer is arrested. Dick returns to the ranch with the adopted baby and Irene.
